This programme is designed to stretch and rapidly develop understanding and strategic awareness of telecoms professionals that have already attended the Telecoms Mini MBA. The Advanced Business Simulation format provides a powerful and fun experiential learning environment to aid rapid personal development.

Participants spend their time hands-on running a company* and steering it through a number of simulated scenarios requiring rapid assessment and understanding, effective decision making, and competent action. On completion of the programme, individuals (and the organisation in which they work) will be much better placed to identify, act quickly and maximise real opportunities as they present themselves.

With knowledge and skills developed previously on the Telecoms Mini MBA, participants are set into teams and asked to manage an existing telecommunication company operating in a rapidly developing telecommunications market. The simulated environment has a diverse and realistic set of market drivers and factors that need to be considered � as well as a whole range of future outcomes.

Recent performance, market conditions, current direction, competitor activity, sources of competitive advantage, key weaknesses, and likely future performance are analysed in a series of interactive simulation rounds � designed to test and develop strategic awareness, planning and decision making skills.

The teams are tasked to navigate the best course for maximising their position regarding market share, revenue, costs, profitability, share price, staff morale, investment requirements and the (perceived and real) customer proposition.
