The programme is highly participative, integrating delegates own experiences with a practical and pragmatic approach to leadership. Through the use of interactive case-studies, delegates will develop core diagnostic skills needed achieve successful leadership. The faculty will provide individual guidance and coaching to ensure that there is an immediate transfer of learning back into the delegate’s organisation.
