“Customers don’t buy products, they buy solutions.” Building on the previous session, we use our sources of competitive advantage to develop a customer proposition that is both profitable and sustainable.
This session provides a chance to take a deeper look at delivering customer value and developing the customer proposition in the context of the case study. This interactive session leads into the final team sessions on day 5 – during which the business simulation is refined, rehashed, redeveloped, and readied for presentation to the executive commission.
