The teams work on their strategic development plan as part of thier case study. This whole-morning session is used to further develop the ideas and plans, and sevres as a vehicle to underpin the main themes of the week.
The teams are aiming to have their plans ready for presentation to the Executive Commission and the rest of the participants by Middday.
During this session, the teams are asked to present their Stratgic Development Plans for the simulated business case. We ask that the key elements of their plan be presented, including their overall aims, strategy, rationale, financial assessment, customer proposition development, marketing strategy, people management, leadership, and communications
