This programme provides a framework on which management teams can review, and develop their professional relationships, enhance their communication, and refine their leadership. It is designed to be challenging and fun, with a real sense of achievement on completion.

The programme has a Telecoms twist! Each exercise incorporates an aspect of the telecoms jigsaw puzzle – providing a highly relevant environment in which participants can build their confidence and competences. The aim is to ensure that the programme flexes to meet the needs of all participants.
