How are the Elements Assessed?

• Elements 1 and 2 – Require participants to successfully complete a team presentation at the end of the 5-day face-to-face module, followed by an individual Competency Development Journal (CDJ) completed over the following 8 weeks – nominally 2000 words split into a number of tasks that apply the learning to the workplace.
• Element 3 - the Work-Based Project, requires the submission of a 5000 word report on a topic agreed with your organisation and the Project Tutor.
