Please note that training courses are subject to late changes and cancelations, do not book accommodation until we have contacted you to confirm your booking.
Cancellation, Transfer and Refunds
If a student fails to attend for any reason, withdraws or transfers from a course without providing at least fifteen (15) UK working days’ written notice prior to the scheduled start date of the course, then the purchaser agrees to pay the following fees:
Written Notice of Cancellation or Transfer for Scheduled Public Courses 15-11 UK working days – 40% of course fee, 0-10 UK working days – 100% of course fee
Please note, a cancellation fee in this respect, refers to a specific course date, and therefore a transfer to a later course counts as a cancellation. If the purchaser proposes a suitable replacement participant – subject to the standard admission process for that part particular course (if any) – then no cancellation fee will apply.
Courses may be subject to late change or cancellation for operational reasons. If we cancel a course for whatever reason, we will refund the cost of the course, but we are not liable for any other costs, including travel and accommodation. Of course, in these circumstances, every effort will be made to offer alternative dates.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser or participant to determine if a travel visa is required before registering for any training course, to ensure there is enough time for it to be issued, and subsequently to apply to the appropriate agency in good time.
Once full payment has been received, we will issue a Letter of Invitation if requested. Please indicate if this is required clearly at the point of registration.
In the event that a student is not able attend training due to visa issues (of whatever nature), then our standard “Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds” terms and conditions apply, unless it can be proved to our satisfaction that:
- It was indicated at the time of registration that a visa had to be applied for.
- The visa application was submitted in good time for the application to be processed and visa issued prior to expected travel date. (Standard visa processing time frames, published at the time of visa request submission, on the appropriate agency’s website will be used in case of doubt).
In the case that these two points are satisfied, a transfer to a later date will be facilitated (if available), or a full refund will be made.
You will be asked to complete a method of payment whilst completing the online course registration or course papers purchase form. Delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the course or payment will be required on the day. Payments made by cheque should be made payable to Informa UK Limited. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please tell your bank to include the IBC reference code UKCTAMTTMBA0601 and the delegate’s surname in the transfer instructions. Transfers should be made to:
